ABOUT ME

Hello, I'm Cayley, a lifelong learner with a deep passion for both animal and human psychology and wellbeing. Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to understanding the patterns and needs that lead both canines and humans (who are really just very domesticated animals) towards optimal health and purposeful living.

My journey led me to Vancouver, where I refined my skills while working with a reputable dog walking company. This experience not only provided valuable insights into the industry but also shaped my vision of running a business centered on personalized care and individual energy dynamics.

Growing up amidst my own pack and herd and working hands-on with both dogs and purebred show cattle, has been an invaluable part of my education. I believe that energy precedes matter, and my passion lies in nurturing the energetic well-being of every unique dog and person I work with.

I don't adhere to one particular training method but rather integrate truths and tools from diverse approaches, tailoring my methods to suit each dog's individual energy. Central to all my training methods is a profound respect for the creatures I work with.

As an aside, I also offer human life coaching. With a diploma from Rhodes Wellness College in Vancouver and expertise in a client-centered coaching approach, I help individuals unlock their inner potential, process verbally, and live authentically.

I recognize that our animals often mirror the core energy within us, often revealing unconscious patterns and beliefs. Through compassionate care, personalized training, and transformative coaching, I'm here to guide both you and your four-legged companion toward a harmonious and grounded life.

Whether you're interested in establishing a consistent walking routine for your dog (because all good things start with the basics) or delving into deeper behavioral dynamics, I look forward to embarking on this journey with you and your dog and helping to unlock the true potential within each of us.

FAQ's

1 / Where do you walk?

I walk in both town and on trails in and around the town of Princeton. Where we walk will largely depend on where you’re located and if we’re doing a solo walk vs a group walk.

2 / Will my dog get dirty on the walk?

I try to keep your dog as clean as possible on walks, but in the more muddy spring weather, they might get a little more dirty. Leave a towel by your door if you’d like paws to be wiped off post walk.

3 / How do you access my home if I‘m not there?

Most clients prefer to give me a copy of their keys, but other arrangements can also be made (can be discussed during our initial consultation).

4 / How does payment work?

You will receive an invoice from me via email. Payment can be made via e-transfer, cheque, cash or credit card. For walking services, payment must be made upfront.

5 / What is your cancellation policy?

Prescheduled dog walks cancelled after 5pm the day prior will be charged in full & any service cancelled the day of will be charged in full.

6 / Are you certified in dog first aid & insured?

Absolutely. I am certified through Dogsafe Canine First Aid and I am fully insured.
